Vivian has been performing on stage for over 30 years and holds a B.A. in Fine and Performing Arts from MCLA. She has acted in over 300 shows with the Murder Mystery Company (as seen on ABC’s Shark Tank) as well as countless community theater productions in New England. She is a 3-time trophy winner at the One Act Play Festival on the Mumford and holds the Chadwick Champion belt from Worcester’s legendary Federation of Belligerent Writers. Vivian especially enjoys bringing new and original works to life as a performer and a producer. She facilitated the improvised writing competition Wednesday Night Mayhem for over three years and created and produced High Gest Play Fest, an evening of adjudicated one act plays by local artists in 2023. When she isn’t on stage, Vivian enjoys writing music, cooking, and spending time with her two fuzzy cats and eleven spunky guinea pigs.

Matt was bitten by the theater bug back in the mid 90’s and he never looked back. He has performed in countless community theater productions; a couple of sci-fi YouTube shorts and has worked as a professional improviser (performer, director, teacher) in Boston for the last 9 years. When asked “Why Improv?”, Matt just shrugged and mumbled something about not wanting to memorize lines. He currently lives in the bustling theater town of Upton, Massachusetts with his amazing wife, beautiful daughter and very flooffy husky.
What is CMAC?
The Central Massachusetts Actor’s Collective (CMAC) uses improvisation to create original works of theater, offering an environment for artists to grow their talents through classes and showcase the works that those talents create. We are committed to creating an open space for artists to meet and engage in their craft collaboratively.
Why is CMAC?
Well, we originally put this here to commit to the rule of three…but it is a good question.
Why are we doing this? Because as artists we are constantly driven to create and when we create together magic can happen.
